  • Valuation Fulfillment

    The Quandis Valuations System (QVS) application will allow you to manage the placement, receipt, distribution and delivery your valuation orders. Easily manage your brokers and appraisers, coverage areas and documentation in one automated solution. The Quandis system provides a portal to allow Brokers and Appraisers to accept orders and complete valuation products online, which eliminates the need for them to have their own software and issues related to e-mail delivery.

Data Services

Quandis Data Services (QDS) provides one-stop shopping for your third-party vendor data integration needs. Our platform allows you to place data product orders via web service calls, batch FTP drops, or front-end uploads of spreadsheets or delimited files. We normalize the data coming from the data vendors we integrate with, so you don’t need to worry about converting “potato” to “potatoe”. You can integrate with QDS, and should you switch downstream vendors, your integration efforts need not be changed.

Over the course of hundreds of systems integration projects, we’ve used QBO to solve a common set of recurrent problems. We allow you to access QDS from virtually any platform, using a variety of authentication methods (from digital certificate exchange to simply Basic or Forms authentication). We’re happy to push and pull data via HTTPS (making firewall issues moot), or setting up dedicated site-to-site VPNs to simplify interfacing with your internal systems.

Do you have limited (or no) IT resources? We even provide an Excel plug-in that you can load data into, and our plug-in will interface with QDS to process orders in real time!

  • Bankruptcy Filing

    The Quandis Bankruptcy Search (QBS) data service is a real-time wrapper around Pacer.

    Features include:

    • National or Regional search in real time (say, the morning of a foreclosure sale)
    • Receive the data as both XML, and a PDF of the Pacer “screen shot”
    • Both singleton and batch processing support

  • Court Dockets

    The Quandis Court Connect (QCC) data service monitors state courts for activity that interests you, and notifies you when such activity occurs.

    Features include:

    • Docket monitoring: give us a list of the cases you are interested in, and we will feed any docket changes to you
    • Docket classification: QCC will classify dockets according to your criteria, so you can pay attention to just the items that matter
    • Party search: worried about borrowers involved with cases that are not yours? QCC can monitor party names for other case filings

  • Military Status

    The Quandis Military Search (QMS) data service offers verification of active duty military status of an individual with the US Department of Defense as defined by the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act of 2003 (SCRA).

The Quandis Business Objects (QBO) platform provides an integrated platform for managing business operations from large-scale enterprises to small startups. Much as Microsoft Office served as a productivity suite for an individual, QBO is a productivity platform for a company.

QBO is maintained by “power users”: business experts who are trained to configure QBO, rather than developers who need to learn the nuances of your business.
